Yes, I know exactly what you mean. You should consult your doctor, sounds like a bladder infection. (At least it was for me.) Sorry, I know it hurts and is not funny. However, only a simple test. (I think he just pee in a cup, or maybe now is a swab.) However, antibiotic therapy should take care of them. Good luck.
