I'm going to 3 walls. Each about 4 feet wide and 100 feet long. I will probably be divided into two phases.
What are some good ideas for plants? You are in full sun.

Strawberry love full sun. That's a lot of space, and only then can through a wall and picking. Of course, a patch for "real" strawberry, you thin and very sunny.
If the walls are only four meters away, I would not recommend tree. Roots in the retaining walls in order to tend to break down walls.
